This notice explains how Aegeron handles personal data when you visit aegeron.io or contact us through the website.
1. Who we are
The data controller for this website is Aegeron Mobilite Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (“Aegeron”), Türkiye. For privacy requests, contact info@aegeron.io.
2. Data we may process
- Contact information: name/company, work email and the message you choose to send.
- Technical and security data: IP address and request metadata may be processed transiently by our hosting/security systems to operate the site, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- Analytics data, only if you allow analytics: page views, interactions, device/browser information, referrer and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign.
3. Why we process it and legal bases
- To respond to business inquiries and take steps requested before a potential business relationship: pre-contractual steps where applicable and Aegeron’s legitimate interests in handling business communications.
- To operate, secure and protect the website: Aegeron’s legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
- To understand website use and improve the experience: your consent for optional analytics.
4. Analytics and local storage
Aegeron uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are disabled. If you choose Necessary only, the Google Analytics script is not loaded by the site.
Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser under aegeron_analytics_consent so we can remember your choice. You can change it at any time.
5. Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, security and, with your consent, analytics. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. Google Analytics may involve processing outside Türkiye or your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred internationally, Aegeron seeks to use mechanisms permitted by applicable data protection law.

Website inquiry emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Technical/security data is kept according to operational and security needs. Analytics retention follows the settings applied to our Google Analytics property.

Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may have rights including learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose and recipients, requesting correction or deletion where conditions are met, and objecting to certain results of automated processing. Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
